I had no Idea you could drop 2 exalted mods on one item?
is this a new thing a bug or something thats always been there?
You can theoretically have a 4 exalted mod item drop. It is just incredibly rare.
ahh ok I didn’t know that thanks for the answer 
thats an understatement… I think I have less than 20 double exalted in over 1k hours of play… 
And most of that would have been before exalteds were implemented…
