Why are these doors here? 
1) Doors Open to Nowhere in The Great College (imperial era)
2) Uncovered White Stones in The Ruins of Etendell (imperial era)
The first one is a known issue. #2 looks like textures not having been loaded?
#2 yes, and I have never been there again. Maybe it is smooth now.
That texture is appearing just fine on my end. If it’s still missing for you I would recommend trying to repair the game if you’re on Steam.
