Does ranking up cause prophecies to be rerolled?

I have different prophecies than last time I looked. :frowning: Thanks!

It didn’t happen when I leveled from 2 to 3. Maybe it only happens at levels where you unlock a lens? I didn’t use a lens or anything, just saying. All 4 of my constellations rerolled.
