Does not scale wording in passives change

I admit that it has taken me a while to realize what the following was informing me:

DOES NOT SCALE WITH POINT ALLOCATED

Would the following have a clearer meaning?

Allocated points does not scale the following:

Sometimes there are more than one item listed.

Then it means that all of the items below it don’t scale with points allocated to the skill.

LLAMA8, I understand that. I was trying to think of a way to help new players to the game with understanding this part of the passive descriptions versus taking months for it to sink in.
