Does higher supporter pack come with lower supporter pack stuff?

For some reason, some supporter packs are higher priced than the others, even though they are more or less different models and recolors…

Is this correct? If so, does the higher priced supporter packs give you stuff from the lower priced supporter packs since they give the same items… (pet, portal, back, points).
