Does global CD reduction stat affect autocasted skills?

For example, Superconductor node from Arcane Ascendance, that allow you to cast Lightning blast every 2 second. There is Supercollector passive node in Mage tree that gives you 25% CDR 5/5. So does this 25% CDR affect 2 sec CD of Lightning Blast casted by Superconductor?

No. Some autocasted skills have passive nodes that increase the frequency, though. If there is an exception to that, it should be explicitly stated in the description.

This depends on how the auto-cast is implemented. For instance, Devouring Orb with the Abyssal Rush node does benefit from global CDR. Most other things don’t, though.

That’s because the Abyssal Rush node casts DO for you while moving & the limiting factor there is DO’s own cooldown which is affected by ICDRS. The example asked about is a proc & procs don’t get affected by ICDRS unless it specifies that it does.

If DO didn’t have a cooldown, or Abyssal Rush had it’s own cooldown then it wouldn’t be aff3cted by ICDRS on gear/passives.

Yes, I’m aware. But I still wanted to point out differences since OP didn’t ask for just (indirect) procs specifically - just made an example for one of those -, but asked for auto-cast in general.
