Does flat fire damage change the base damage of ignite?

So ignite has a base damage (35 based on in-game guide, 40 based on wiki).

I see several threads that say “fire damage” scales it. I know % increased fire damage will increase damage. But it is not clear to me if flat +fire damage (without caveat of “to attacks/spells”) will increase the base damage? For example in abyssal echoes after the ignite node there is the Lightbringer node:

Sigil of Hope has “Decree of Flame” which has a similar effect (and i presume impacts all ignites):

Do each of these buff ignites? So ignites caused by abyssal echoes with Lightbringer have a base damage of 35+20=55? And if I have three active sigils it makes normal ignites 35+3=38 (or 35+20+3=58 for Abyssal echoes)? That is then further scaled?

Nope.

Those add damage to hits. Ignite does not hit.

Increased Fire dmg, elemental dmg over time, elemental dmg, damage over time, ignite effect, ignite chance, ignite duration will boost your ignite dmg (i probably forgot something). Also global modifiers like “inc dmg while wielding a bow” for example will boost it. But everything flat related like Bronco said, adaptive spell dmg, melee fire dmg etc. will not increase it.
