Does Exsanguinous and Boneclamor barbute still drop in 7.8?

Trying to make a low life build and have 2 characters that are lvl 80 and yet to see them drop ?

I got Boneclamor a day ago haven’t seeem Exsanguinous for a while

both items drop in 0.7.8
helm has Common chance
and body was Common - now it’s Rarity tier: Rare
you need more farm to get it
