Dark Retribution gives a % chance for a skeletal vanguard to spawn on minion death. If one of my corpse parasites times out, or one of my skeletal vanguards “dies” from being desummoned because another skeletal vanguard was summoned when I was already at the max vanguard limit, does Dark Retribution give a % chance for those corpse paraiste deaths or skeletal vanguard deaths to spawn more skeletal vanguards?
