No. There are minion dot/chance affixes though

There’s at least one unique that gives minions bleed chance, there may be more - I haven’t looked at all the uniques.
Are there sentinal idols with minion stuff?
I thought the class-specific affixes could only be dropped by the class but could be used by anyone?
i think the opposite they can drop to everyone but used only by specific class
