Dodge vs endurance threshold?

Kinda links to a previous topic but going maybe in another direction?
Say I’m a low life super tank build 1.1 k hp
Max resistance -83% armor mitigation and also 40-60 Dodge 40 not buffed with volatile reversal 60 ish buffed.
Questions
What’s better 1.1k life with 1.1k endurance threshold and 60% endurance zero Dodge with 72% block 102% buffed max resistances

Or the 1.1k life max resistance 83 armor mitigation 40-60 Dodge?

Basically seeing if foot of the mountain is worth it ?
P.s also have 80% armor mitigation applies to damage over time .

Going for an immortal build .

From a Rogue pov I rather move than stand still for survivability, but there are more factors at play than just dodge vs endurance. Moving lets you avoid many attacks that you won’t even have to dodge with your dodge chance.

For me the Mountain Boots are more relevant for their stats (enable Red Rings) and the mana cost reduction. I try to find a dps-window during a bosses “health-phase” (as in: no ward) and transition him asap for which I need plenty of mana.

I see that makes sense from a rogue perspective but I’m kinda going for a face tanking immortal forge guard lol

I use shield rush for movement and shield bash for DPS .ATM
If I got red rings I guess I could get 80% damage reduction plus the 10% on forge guard passive tree could be pretty beastly honestly
90% D.R ,Max resistance, 80% armor mitigation applies to Dot and 83% armor mitigation would drools thinking about it lol altho I haven’t started the red ring grind lol
