This is the missing skill for a shaman))

Why shaman? Maybe it is time for developers to introduce trees for procing skills. They may even have separate limit from class skills. So you can choose to master one or two procing skills in addition to 5 class skills.

I like it and I guess for some you could equate bees to a natural disaster (just note I believe next shaman skill is natural disaster related to fit with other skills it has)

Yes, that would BEE great!

We’ll see bees as full tree paradox skill at some point

Will the Beekeeper become a paradox class? Then maybe it will make sense to pay money for them (Paradox Classes).

I think it should bee a skill tree that any class that has access to bees has access to.

Yes. :honeybee:

Then I can become… the Hive Lord! Don’t think this is planned but as a minion lover, I’ll share this along! :joy:

Note that this is the last skill Shaman has left open for the forseable future. Do we really want such a meme skill in the already neglected mastery?

As I dislike minion-play - and we already have so many minions everywhere, especially in the entire class - I say no. What’s the Shaman’s fantasy even going to be if you throw in random bees? They fit Druid with Werebear Form or Beastmaster much better.

(Totems are somewhat fine though)

Yeah, I think another pet skill would be reasonable for the Beastmaster (or potentially Druid 'cause Swarmblade), but it’d make Shaman even more of a mishmash by spreading the skills across spells, totems and a minion.

And why should the Primalist get bees as a specialisable skill tree when the Rogue has quite a few bee-related uniques/idols/etc as well.

I’ve mentioned it before and others have as well(in there words). If an item gives access to a skill it should give access to a second tab in skills (let’s go simple and call item skills). That gives the player the ability to specialize in said skill (bees/LB/smite/magma shards/ etc…). Now outside of player concerns of power creep and balance, dev concerns of what type of coding nightmare am I even trying to put on them, and the overall loss of class identity that could be attributed to this feature I’m talking about. I don’t think a second tab of skills is too far of a reach. If factions can have second /third tabs we can swap between. I can’t imagine it would be impossible to have an item skill tab that you can select from as one of five skills to specialize in. And yes it’s important to note item skills don’t give you a few 6th skill to allocate just more options for your five. As again devs seem to stand firm on 5 skill trees to put points in. Which is cool with me more game identity and devs sticking to guns.
