The reason is because the tooltip does not imply this isn’t the case. It only says damage, health and size is affected. Not any buffs or other effects like healing from blood rip hunger.

I haven’t done any legitimate testing but logically since each golem heals themselves with hunger and hunger also heals you I’d bet the heal does proc twice for you.
The movement speed node is worded in a way that suggests each golem has it’s own aura that stacks.
I am however not sure about the armor as there is no way to know. Minions do “feel” more tanky with twin golems but that’s hardly scientific.
