I’m assuming it’s the same mechanic as Reap and Transplant in the Acolyte skill trees. However, I wanted to ask here in case anyone knows so I can save myself 2-3 hours of grinding a fresh character to figure it out.
Yes, all movement skills put the other movement skills on cooldown when used.
