As of the most recent Patch, you are unable to transition from the Boss Arena to the Soul Ember Merchant at the end of Soulfire Bastion.
This makes running the Dungeon pointless.
I have submitted a bug report in game, & am making this post to alert players that may be unaware.
This may not affect everyone, but better safe than sorry.

3 times for me, same issue.
same for me , just as i was trying to speed through the campaigne, lovely waste of a key
