Do : Friends of the Tempest + Frostbringer nodes ?wrok?

When i choise Friends of the Tempest + Frostbringer nodes the Friends of tempes will activ with cold skill? like crows with Frigid Wings nods ?

It works but only if you already have one stack, meaning you can’t use Friends of the tempest to get stack of “storm stack” without using “gathering storm” from time to time.

Thanks a lot now I can build pure cold totem build + cold raven to stack more storm .
