Do Forged Weapons Scale With Strength?

I’m looking at making a forged weapons build and I wanted some clarification on how they scale. Forge Strike has both str and attunement scaling but the forged weapons only show as having attunement scaling. Is the str scaling just for the Forge Strike itself? Or does that also scale the weapons?

Also are there any quirks to be aware of for what stats the forged weapons are actually affected by?

When in doubt, check LETools: https://www.lastepochtools.com/skills/summon_weapon
Forged weapons only scale with minion and attunement (and character level).

So my Last Bear Sunforged build probably doesn’t make sense then? oh well.

I forgot they can also scale with fire if you take the node in Forge Strike, but that says so specifically.

Don’t forged weapons show the tooltip for the subskill if you hit alt for extended description in the nodes refering to it? They usually do, although they don’t always work on all nodes.

This info from LETools seems to be outdated with Season 3: If you check the ingame tooltip of the skill it says it scales with strength as well. However it only increases damage with strength whereas attunement increases damage as well as health.

But as any Sentinel will run with a signficant amount of strength anyways this is a major buff to the Forged Weapons IMO

We asked Mike (one of the devs) a little bit ago
Forge Strike scales with Str
FW scales with Att

Skill != minion.
If you check the minion tooltip - by pressing ALT on any of the nodes that mention Forged Weapons - you see this:
