Do dread shades stack their damage?

Easy question, maybe not an easy answer. Anyone know?

Dread shade’s buffs do not stack.

I thought so, it just doesn’t make sense then that you can cast multiple by default.

It allows you to cover a greater area plus there’s the All For One node.
