Every once in a while the Display Mode I’ve selected changes from Fullscreen to Borderless Window. I don’t know what the cause, I can’t reproduce it reliably.
I found the cause and can reliably reproduce it:
If I start the game but focus another window before the game shows up, it’ll start in the background and in borderless window mode instead of native fullscreen. The options menu still has Fullscreen selected under Display Mode. I have to first set it to (Borderless) Window and back to Fullscreen again. Then the setting sticks until I start the game again and repeat the focus switching process.
