Disintegrate skill animation locked bug

This happened rarely but, when using the skill Disintegrate as a sorcerer sometimes the character will get animation locked like hes using the skill and stuck in place, but I can not move unless using another skill.

Edit: Just replicated the bug multiple times by using the skills (Lightning Blast or Static Orb) and then quickly pressing the skill Disintegrate and it is a animation lock into the skill.

happens to me too, but only if assigned to walk + attack and happens a lot while holding shift.
