On the official Discord, the LFG channel has been completely overwhelmed by people offering (for gold) and begging for boosts (for free). That’s fine; I understand their utility, but can they maybe be moved to a separate channel?
Right now it’s really hard to find an organic group to play with because that channel is so overwhelmed with boosting ads and people wanting to be powerleveled.
Grouping in LE offfers no reward, so there’s no reason to group with strangers just to group. Unless you’re playing with friends/guildies/etc, grouping in ARPGs is only ever about begging for services or selling them.
For me the reward of grouping is simply the social experience! And there are some side benefits, like being able to share loot that dropped.
I prefer playing this sort of game socially, either with friends or strangers.
