Seen a couple threads about this on reddit and maybe just one in here - anyone managed to get any help from support?
Lost 2 characters with a combined playtime of 60h+ and this just might be what really drives me away. Bugs and service outages are just fine, beta is beta. But a 60h+ time investment is just too much to lose and keep trusting it never happens again.
I also lost my first ever offline character that I created 3 years ago. I have posted on these forums and created 2 tickets. Support asked for some info which I promptly provided and now they just ignore me and won’t respond. My confidence about getting this issue resolved or it never happening again isn’t very high. I’m playing other characters but if they don’t assist me or I lose another character I’m likely done with this game. Not going to waste my time.
