What went wrong?
I bought an amulet in Bazaar and was trying to add affixes to it. I still had 15 forge potential so I was trying to reroll its affixes but the game won’t function even if you click reforge so I put it back in my inventory and restarted my game. After reconnecting, I’m not able to see the item anymore.

Maybe it was suffix that is no longer avaliable on this piece of gear like: endurance treshold.
This suffix from 1.2 is avaliable only on belts, so you can’t upgrade it on other item pieces 
I don’t get what you’re saying. I am saying that my item disappeared not suffix or affix.

I had similar situation today. I just took my shield to forge and it vanished on my own eyes. Glad it wasn’t BIS or something but still it’s just dissappeared.
