Problem Encountered: all my materials had disappeared, my faction level had reset to 1, and stash items were missing. This incident happened after I created a new character in hardcore mode and died with it. However, it’s crucial to note that the missing items belonged to my level 97 character, which was not in hardcore mode and had no direct correlation with the new character.

The same problem also created a new character on hardcore and died and the entire warehouse disappeared
The entire warehouse of my main level 77 character has completely disappeared. All things in the warehouse, about 10 purchased warehouse tabs, also about 100k money from the character and all the progress in the trading faction. Honestly, I’m shocked and don’t know what to do, it’s very disappointing.
All my things and all the tabs in my warehouse were gone. I don’t know if there’s any point in playing now if things go missing and haven’t been returned yet. What should I do? The warehouse is one of the fundamentally important things in the game. How to play and not be sure that things will not disappear again. It’s a pity that you didn’t return anything to me that was there. I have a stop in the game now. RETURN MY ITEMS THAT ARE MISSING FROM MY WAREHOUSE AND ALL THE WAREHOUSE TABS THAT I BUYED.
