Ok this one going to be a little long. so TLDR first.
Warpath can cast “Abyssal echos” and “Smite” in its tree. Both nodes cost the skills mana. Getting a conflict on “Direct cast” between the two skills.
Long version/explination.
As stated “Warpath” has nodes that allow the two skills to be cost with mana consumption.
“Abyssal Echos” has a node called “Embacing the darkness” which stated you gain a buff when “Directly useing”
“Smite” has a helmet affix which lets you gain mana when you “Directly cast”
Now When i use warpath and have it “Cast” abyssal echoes i get the buff from “Embracing the darkness” node.
When i use warpath and have it “Cast” smite, i do not get the mana from the affix on the helm.
So either the helm affix should be triggereing but isnt or the Abyssal Echoes “Embracing the darkness” should not be triggering but is.
That is unless you all take “directly useing” and “driectly casting” as two different meanings. seeming bot smite and abyssal echoes both have the “Spell” tag.
