Would it be possible to change the text color of items that drop that contain a set affix? After a certain level these are the items I’m looking for out of the giant pile of loot that drops. This would be very helpful until a complete loot filter is released.
I doubt they could chance the colour for a specific affix without whatever code would support a proper loot filter.
I like this idea very much. In fact I came to post one similar. But instead of a separate color for different affixes, what about different colors for items that boast a tier 3, 4 or 5 affix?
That’s just 3 additional colors, just 2 if you wanted to go with just singling out tiers 4 and 5. Just one more color if you wanted to highlight gear w/ tier 4’s and 5’s on them already…Or possibly just 1 color for items that drop w/ a tier 5 affix.
Why? Because I’m tired of scanning gear looking for high tear loot, and from the conversations in chat I know that I am not alone.
Additionally, a color for rare affixes. Just one color… to signify that THIS item, has an affix that is not common.
This simple change, adding at minimum 2 new colors to loot (1 color for items with tier 5 affixes, and 1 color for rare affixes would reduce the tedium by a LARGE margin, and it would do so in lieu of a LOOT FILTER (which we have been told is in the works or planned).
