After losing 3 characters to this issue the last time I played, I was excited to see it was fixed in the patch notes.
Of course it’s still an issue, and while it happened fairly early, it made me lose all my leveling uniques.
Not much to explain. I don’t know the zone names and I can’t find a map online but I took a tp from the waypoint in the zone with the quest chest after the very long spider tunnel in Act 3 back to I think the zone before the very long spider tunnel and when I loaded in I was dead on the waypoint.
