I died in lightless arbor during the boss fight. I was transported to the council chambers and the illumination icon is still there next to my health. I can’t teleport anywhere. I open the map and click and it does nothing. I also has a skill ready to upgrade, but I can’t do that either.

Logging out and back in again fixed the issue
