Died in Lagon, Leeched above 0 which canceled the revive button, died again

Playing bleed Hail of Arrows. Somehow after dying I briefly un-died (?) I think by leeching a DoT with Sanguine Hoard, which removed the revive button before I could click it, leaving me permanently locked in my death pose with no option but to exit to menu.
