After putting a point into Frostfang Arrow, and with 4 points in Arcing Blast for Lightning Tendrils, Detonating Arrow seems to hit less times against the training dummy. However, nothing in the game suggests that this should be the case.
Lightning tendrils says it only procs if Detonating Arrow is not converted to a different element. Plus the tendrils should only hit the dummy once.
