Cleared the whole map but the commander was nowhere to be found. Great game by the way
Same issue here. Luckily the workaround is by going to the next area (The Soul Wardens’ Road), and it will autocomplete the task.
Thank you for mentioning that. (moving on to the next area). Was stumped on it last night and cleared the map a couple times.
