I’m in online multiplayer and trying to do the “Deep harbor rescue” quest. None of the civilians are loading in. This includes both there being no map markers as well as them not being there to save them. I exited the area but that didn’t fix the problem. Neither did rebooting the game. Going in without the rest of my party also did not correct the issue. Can someone please look into this? Thanks so much!
