I found the Level 24 version of the Decayed Skull Unique. The Last Epoch Tools website claims this is a legacy item that can no longer be dropped. Can anyone confirm it’s not supposed to be dropped any more? If it shouldn’t be a drop, I’ll report it as a bug.
I have two of them, one with 2 Legendary Potential lol. Currently wearing one on my Void Knight; I hope I’m supposed to have it D:
