Death Rattle Stacking

Each time you unequip and re-equip Death Rattle Amulet, the line that says “Regain 30 health on minion death” stacks, enabling you to regain as much health as you want on minion death. This works even if you unequip Death Rattle after stacking it.

  1. Equip Death Rattle Amulet
  2. Put mouse cursor over Death Rattle in the amulet slot
  3. Left Click as much as you want to Unequip and Equip it.
