Death after entering new instance

So I was going through the dungeon in ruined era Lightless arbor and cleared every single minion. Then I opened way to new area Titan´s hollow and the moment I entered I saw all my health removed.

There wasn´t even loading time problem I loaded pretty much instantly. No lag, no connection issues. Just appeared dead.
I had to Alt+F4 as I was unable to do anything after and after loging in, the character was dead

As i play exclusively HC since days of diablo 2 (d3, d4, poe, you can name it) its more fun and challanging, for me, this is problem that can occur anywhere at any time. Not me being bad or have faulty connection. Which means I am not sure if I should continue playing unless the issue is went through and fixed.

Not sure if I can help more or how to provide more data as it was in online play. To spot what happened in code.

P.S. edit: I dont expect to get my character back. Just that this is something that should not happen. Death by mistake, disconnect, lag are natural but not this.

Had this exact thing happen to me too.

+1 here as well, just happened to me. Moved to the next area and no health. The only option was to alt-F4 to get out :frowning:

+1 Trying to run an alt through Lightless Arbor and zoning into Titan’s Hollow brought my health to zero with no death screen. Unable to do anything. Alt+F4.

Same here, loaded in within 2 seconds, character dead, no enemies around, nothing.

Really disappointed
