Dear EHG I have been thinking about the amount of problems trade could create without any way to determine whether the item your trading with comes from someone who trades a lot or someone who trades a little. After all if someone only trades a little their items could be defective, and poorly crafted on and no one wants a poorly crafted item. To fix this i suggest adding ranks to the trading guild based on how much you’ve traded compared to other players. Ranging from Peasant to Merchant King. That way we can determine the best crafters. You can also do the same for circle of fortune to make sure they feel included. Even though it would only be fo bragging rights I’m sure they’d appreciate thinking they’re better then others.
Why does that matter? Maybe they don’t trade much because they craft a lot? If you don’t want an item with low tier affixes, don’t search for them or buy them.
Trading is not necessarily crafting. Just because one crafts a lot, doesn’t mean one crafts well, though this isn’t PoE so that doesn’t really mean much.
Sorry, I don’t see the point other than ego-stroking and possibly deceptive ego-stroking at that.

If such system were introduced, I would always prefer buying item from a person, who crafts more, lol. Players will most of the time buy decent gear instead of perfect, because not everyone is super rich. I also believe, that items with crafted potential will cost more, we’ll see how it turns out.
