That’s it. Playing with friend, (his first playthrough) decided to visit first dungeon.
After transition to second room we both saw a death screen right after loading screen.
No minions or self triggered skills present in out builds at this time.

Somehow we could use portal to town though.
Same thing just happened to me.
Yup same thing also happened to me, right after loading screen to next part of dungeon, died by some scream (physical damage)
Same thing with my HC Bladedancer at 81 char LVL.
My HC chars died with bugs 3 times a row. Im so tired of this. I’ll drop the game.
