Node is bugged to give the opposite of its intended effect. This is very obvious. Incubated Silk encounters from cocoons skyrocketed when I unallocated the node. Sad to have wasted 3 points on this node for pretty much my whole league.
Consider checking if whatever happened with this node is affecting any other nodes.
