Can it be found by Rahyah lvl 100 or only the normal one?
Aparently both, but they both have 14% chance to drop, so if you really want it, it’ll be easiest to go for the normal version of Rahyeh.

ive been doing the 100 lvl 2 days in a row now. i guess 10 tries, still nothing xD… i found a lot of other stuff though. i feel like the lvl 100 just is more worth it because better drops.
The probability of you not getting it 10 times in a row is (1-0.1429)^10 = 21.4%. You’d have to do it 20 times without getting the chest for only a 5% chance of that happening (ie, not getting the chest from 20 runs).
Which sucks as I would quite like that chest as well. I guess it depends on how much quicker you can do the lower level version compared to how much better the drops are in the empowered version as to which you would prefer to run.
