Dark Rituals not proccing on minion skill use

I have allocated 5 points into Dark Rituals as an Acolyte and despite this, using a minion skill such as summon bone golem, summon skeleton, or summon volatile zombie doesn’t give me the attack speed.

At first I thought it may just be because the buff doesn’t show up in character stats but I also tested this using a metronome and matching my rip blood cast speed to it but noticed no changes.

Passive allocation here, for reference, I’m using rip blood, blood curse, and transplant as my 3 skills.
