If you have Julra’s Obsession gloves and dark rituals passive (necro) allocated, the Legendary affix that is allocated on the gloves gets transfered to your minions multiple times when you cast a minion skill.
If you have Cast speed on it, for example, Each time you cast a minion skill (summon wraith for example), all your minions are granted +20% cast speed, which stacks, making Necro Flame Wraith extremely broken right now, killing Julra in less than 10 seconds.
