Dancing Strikes poison conversion interactions

Dancing strikes has a “Contaminate” node converting all bleed chance to poison chance and phys penetration from the tree to poison penetration. A few questions here.

  1. Do the stacks of poison applied by the skill remember that they have penetration? E.g. to adjust the damage is I apply poison res shred while they are still ticking.
  2. Does this convert bleeds from the “Disembowel” rogue node (which makes melee hits apply a fixed number of bleed stacks) to poison?
  3. Does it convert phys res shred from the tree? I know it doesn’t say it, but maybe…
  1. Yes, the “stats” of the damage are set when it’s applied (notwithstanding modifiers to the target such as resist shred).
  2. Yes. 1 stack = 100% chance to poison.
  3. If it doesn’t say so, no.
