My basic attack dps is 115. While I have 31 additional lightning damage from the swipe skill tree and 80% increased melee damage with 40 str (!) for a total of 240% melee damage. However I only do about 250 dmg with swipe… Hmmm something is very wrong.
It’s difficult to determine whether this is working correctly without knowing all your other stats like the added damage or increased attack speed you have from items and passives.
If you have 42 added damage, and 77% increased attack speed then your basic attack dps would be 115, and your swipes would have a base damage of 73, resulting in them dealing an average of 248 damage (when they don’t crit).
So I don’t think those numbers necessarily indicate a bug.
