The new cutscenes seem to ignore volume settings entirely, I have my volume set fairly low but the cutscenes are substantially louder than anything else in the game.

I have a different problem, but it may stem from a similar one to yours. My problem must come from some device settings that I can’t access, or have no idea how to. Basically, I have no sound for cutscenes when my headphones are plugged in (game sound is fine), but when I switch them to wireless, the cutscene sound works. I have a similar problem with any game on xbox app - no sound unless I use my headphones wireless. I tried every setting for sounds that I could find, including disabling the wireless version of headphones, but nothing works. Maybe your headphones are more advanced than mine and swap between wire and wireless? Lol
