Cutscene bug

  1. Go to Maj’Elka Upper district first time. Watch cut scene with the snake.
  2. Speak with Nagasa guard for quest progress
  3. Exit to Maj’Elka Lower district nearby
  4. Return to Upper district
    RESULT: cutscene plays again but snake stands still and no sound. Also you can’t skip it which is annoying.

Same issue here. It only happens when you enter from the Lower District to the Upper District.

Can confirm. You can’t skip this annoying cutscene in both cases and it should not trigger a second time at all.
