Crowstorm + Sky Passage resets Efflorescence Duration

Using the Primalist skills:

  • Crowstorm + Sky Passage (turns it into a movement skill)
  • Eterra’s Blessing + Encourage 4/4, Efflorescence, Regrowth (resets companion skill cooldowns, heals over 4 seconds, triggers a second time when it expires)

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Cast Eterra’s Blessing on a few crows
  2. Cast Crowstorm
  3. Wait 4 seconds for Regrowth trigger to reset cooldown

Note that:

  • The cooldown reset is 4 seconds after Crowstorm was cast, not 4 seconds after Eterra’s Blessing is cast
  • After casting Crowstorm, all of the crows lose their blessing at the same time (you can see that they are still enlarged until the blessing wears off)

Here is a video showing the bug and comparing behavior with and without the Sky Passage node:

Impact:
Makes what should have been a super fun build where I use Spriggan Form and cast Thorn Shields to build up Regrowth stacks and then teleport across the map not work :sob: :sob: :sob:

I did check and it looks like other buffs (e.g. Warcry) do NOT have their durations reset - they expire as expected
