I Have a ring (Dexterious Copper Ring of Evasion) that has an affix that says 17% Increased Critical Strike Chance. Plus it has stat in the top that says 33% Increased Critical strike chance But in my character stats it says 11%. Either I dont understand how it works or it really doesnt work properly.
