Crit Cap

My apologies, I guess this has already been asked a couple of times over the years. But somehow I could not find anything definitive and I also don’t trust discussions from e.g. 2021 at 100%

So… is there a crit cap or not? Currently looking at 104% Spell Crit Chance in the character sheet which implies there is not. But then, I read about this cap quite a few times and I do not want to over-invest into it.

There is no crit cap, but there is also no reason to go beyond 100% crit chance with the exception of Ignivar’s Head, which luckily isn’t mandatory anymore to make Disintegrate good.

Above 100% Crit chance has no other benefit.
