Crit and spell crit remains 0%

Hi im just wondering if this is a thing with mages now? i have a level 75 sorc. and i have multiple crit chance affix, but my crit chance and spell crit chance remains 0%. it says default is 5%

Do you have Singularity Equipped? 1x1 unique Idol?
