Doing Monoliths on normal again and again is so boring …
If you have one Character that unlocked empowered Monoliths it should be able to activate it for alts as well from the start.
I am on MG and I can buy good items für my Alts and have to AFK walk through normal Monoliths.
Leveling through campaign in about 2-3 hours is fine imo.
Hmm. I would’ve said creating alt is one of the strengths of LE. So many build possibilities!
Yeah, having to farm all the corruption again from start is also a pain considering the time required to raise it to high levels. The developers are not encouraging the players to reroll with they choices. Not being able to change the mastery is also an issue in my opinion.
I’m an altoholic. I love creating alts. And yes, I agree that normal monos are boring when you’re doing them for the nth time. I don’t mind doing the campaign, I don’t mind re-raising corruption, but running normal monos feels like a chore every single time.

I agree that game can have more alt-friendly features. Faction progress is a good start. Mono progress sharing is going to be tricky. I think they just need more modes for leveling.
Sometimes I also wish they could have rotating target-farming echoes for the timeline though. I don’t mind doing the timelines that give character stats blessings over and over again to improve my blessings, but would be nice if these timelines can have different target-farming monos from time to time.
There are games that send you alts on “expedition” when you are not using them just to get some extra loots and stuff. Each week there can be different bonus if you send in alts with specific class combo.
I was delighted to find out that I get the same CoF rep on my alt so all the gear I had stashed away was usable. I was afraid I’d have to regrind it.
The campaign is a good length but it’s going to get old after a few runs. I tried the Lightless Arbor skip on the baby falconer but got roflstomped for lack of health. I could do it now but I’m already well past that point. I’m actually looking forward to the monoliths but clearly I’m the outlier in the thread.
I play builds that I deem intresting up to the monlotihs and stop there. When cycle 2 starts I give a rats behind about seasonal crap and play eternal when EHG stands by their word and offers everything off season as well as on season.
lol I didn’t even start on cycle 1. I knew it was going to be a mess. The only reason I would be playing Cycle would be Cycle-exclusive COSMETICS. I don’t even care about the extra mechanics.
This highly depends on the season themes. If they are fun I would be salty if they werent in eternal as well.
Upgradomg monoliths is boring even when playing a single chat. I have a mono at corruption 350, I wpuld play others also but some of them arecorruption 100-150, so will be very boring to bring them to 350.

I remember there was one season in D3 that you get to equipped an extra legendary power. That was indeed a seasonal feature I couldn’t resist, lol.
It could be fun to have a skip, like for the campaign, but there would have to be some kind of challenge involved, like fighting Rahyeh and Lagon together or something.
You can already skip the most part. The only issue is that you have to unlock the idol slots and the extra passives trough secondaries.
If you use the dungeon skips, I think you can do almost all of them in act 9. So no need to backtrack a lot.
boring? playing 5 chars atm 
making alts is the funnest part of the game. there could be a more streamlined experience to share corruption thou.
